I found a way to replace the sound effects in the game with constant gunfire or vehicle sounds. The sound reminded me of the old-time movie projectors so I put the vid in black and white and used a film grain effect.

First make an Indestructible Taxi then get 5 stars police or gang notoriety. Enable the Never Die cheat and park the taxi between two buildings that are close together. After a while the gun or vehicle sounds effects never go away no matter where you go. Have fun!

For your pleasure I have put together silly dancing and the flying car glitch. This time I used the Low Gravity and Super Explosions cheats. Then I did a stunt jump and the detached camera followed me in the air until I "landed" the car!

But first you have to do the Indestructible Taxi glitch. It's an old glitch from Saints Row 1 that works in 2. Some of my first subscribers might remember a little vid I made about that ;-) Then you stick a bunch of satchels to one side of the taxi and BOOM, you're flying! Cheats are not required but they let you go on forever! Also it's more fun if you have full police notoriety so you can batlle with the police chopper.
