Wan lived by monastic code until the age of 27. From 21-23, he received intense training for two years in a monastery from many gurus and mentors in the fields of Philosophy, Kabbalah, Buddhism, Taoism, Judaism, and Christianity.
His initial area of study was the Holy Bible or Sang-Ching as the Chinese call it. Gradually, he began to see the meaning beneath the words and notice simple clear patterns that matched across religions, languages, and eras.
