I've been doing Judo now for 15 years and i'm a 1st Dan. I've completed and know off by heart the Naga-No Kata and the Katame-No Kata. I'm now moving on to tht Ju-No Kata and found the video's extreemly helpful; they are really well detailed! So on that note...thank you.

Great Video I have a question is there a way to break an opponents balace for a throw if there base is solid. I am having the hardest time with guys that are defensive and have a good base. I tried circling and moving forward but to no avail. I am a novice and just learning myself.

I am really sorry but the legth and resolution of the video is still too large to email it. However, there are many pages in the web to download the movie directly from the http address. This one for example worked well for me all the time:

Try the "iPod"(mpeg4) or ".mov" format and use Quicktime 7.2.

There is a chance to get the video onto you computer:
Use the free converter on http://vixy.net/flv_converter and there you simply have to type in (copy and paste) the address of the specific video and chose the format you would like to have. The video gets converted and subsequently the page gives you the link to download the file! Hope that was helpful...
