It is the year 3207 AD, and the world is far from perfect. The people have destroyed their home through greed, sin, and corruption... the Apocalypse nears; however, they had one hope. They believed that messenger angels from the Utopia, a perfect society, will descend upon earth, relieve them of the corruption they live in, and escort them to the next world. Impatient and desperate, a group of scientists set out to try and synthesize an angel - ignoring the question of ethics. Hundreds of their failed attempts at an Utopian Angel, called "angelis," escape from the lab in a frantic attempt for freedom. Can they live peacefully in the destructive world? Hide their winged existence from the humans? Escape the killers sent to eliminate them? Avoid the hunters set on capturing them for profit? Most of all... is there a Utopia?
