This guy disabled comments on his videos because that way no one can tell him he is wrong. You DO need to remove the heatsink paste and replace it with something better. Once you remove the heatsink, the paste is worthless because it has moved and is no longer in good contact with the chip.

right when i turn it on it doesnt to 3 red lights
goes straight to the 2 red lights

after xclamp fix and bake out i also had 2 red lights right away... fixed it by slightly loosening long screws that held cover to chasis (overtight causes motherboard to flex and fault) thanks xclampfixcom!

my xbox 360 has E74 error, the last, fourth section of red ring is lightning.
some people told me that it is due to broken graphic chip and I have to replace the whole board while others say that it might be repaired with xclamp method.
it seems to me that you might know the right answer.

i did the x clamp thing with the screws....

but once i hook everything up... it always just says that its overheating... the instant i turn it on...

any help or ideas????
