About Me: Dr. Chris Zaino grew up in Melville, New York until the age of 12 when his family relocated to Sarasota, Florida. Traveling and living in various areas God led Dr. Zaino and his beautiful wife Whitney to the Woodlands, TX.
His consistent success , giving him the competitive edge began at an early age when he began competing and winning classical piano recitals. He won highest honors several years in a row in "NYSMA" New York State. He also went on to perform at Florida state public recitals as well.
In high school he was inspired by his father to begin what would be a successful bodybuilding career. Dr. Zaino began natural competitive bodybuilding as he was going through college and won many titles at the national level, including Mr. America. In 1998, he graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Exercise Physiology with a focus in Wellness.
He began his own personal training business and continued to appear on numerous magazine covers and articles. He has also published many articles in magazines and fitness websites focusing on health and wellness. He continues to be an authority on the web, counseling numerous people to better their health.
Dr. Zaino also traveled and ministered to school aged kids and churches through a group of "Strongmen" called Strike Force. They performed great feats of strength while at the same time educated people about the importance of ethics, self-esteem, and how valuable they are in the eyes of God.
Through all of these wonderful experiences, God was preparing Dr. Zaino for his ultimate destiny. Through chiropractic Dr. Zaino feels that he can reach more people and teach them how to reach optimal health and live an abundant life. Dr. Zaino has been trained in nine different chiropractic techniques, but chooses to use CBP (Chiropractic Biophysics) technique for optimal spinal correction. He implements CBP corrective protocols with follow-up exam and x-rays to determine the level of spinal correction achieved. He was certified by all four National Boards and the Physiotherapy Board.
Dr. Zaino graduated from the prestigious Parker College of Chiropractic in 2005. Throughout his graduate school career he attended many seminars to further his education. He continues his education by staying abreast of the most up to date research on chiropractic and health in order to be the best Doctor of Chiropractic he can be.
Dr. Zaino's true passion is to educate and adjust as many families as possible so they can reach their God-given health potential through natural chiropractic care. We desire to serve God by serving others in a truly God-centered chiropractic practice. We will provide our patients with the necessary tools that will enable them to live a healthy and a more prosperous life in the absence of disease.
