That clip was shot in La by I.N.S. (Independent News Service) and Paul was the cameraman who is no longer around. They have shot some awesome video compared to the crap other guys are shooting. Look for there clip of the cadilac running from the cops and gets hit by a truck and goes sreaming by the cameraman and into a tree......Proably the best ground footage of a pursuit.
