To find the Lord you must search for truth and only the truth. God has given us two avenues to the truth. First, he instilled in all mankind a compass to find truth. This compass is called a conscience, the moral truth of right and wrong. We hear it whenever we are about to commit to something wrong or have already done so. Every time we ignore our conscience we become callus. As time goes by it becomes "harder to hear" our conscience; morality degrades and we find ourselves straying further away from truth. The second avenue to the truth is called the Bible. It is a map that verifies the path to the truth. The Bible, Gods word is free! (Caveat: There are many who try to sell God for the sole purpose of monetary gain and for the indulgence of there flesh - God will deal with them in due time.)There is an intrinsic yearning in all of us to surrender, or give our allegiance to someone or something(s) that may help us to be happy.The world offers many placebos but knowing the worthiness

of God, through prayer and His word, bring us to the desire to run towards his loving arms of truth, security, and fulfillment. It is up to us to willingly seek His obvious truth, not doing so will assure us to fall into the arms of another god..."self". Self is a vacuum that seeks various platitudes to obtain happiness. It likes to have others join in - to help give credence to the cause - and at the end of the day it needs more. Self is the epitome of the abyss, the anguish of hells fire doesnt even begin to compare to its vast emptiness of its own heart.

God offers only one avenue to be saved! Dont come up with excuses, go and seek Him out!
