hi,
I know lots of basics for chinese cooking and I also know many of the restaurant techniques and I agree with you. Homemade is much better and I tend to substitute the MSG with a pinch of white sugar to balance the salty soy sauce flavor. But I have one problem, sometimes when i combine the sauce ingredients together it tastes very very good. But when I add it to my chinese cast iron wok from china the flavors of the sauce disappears. What could this be? |

Wow!! Very,very informative videos. Even if I'm american,I really,really love "All kinds of Asian Food",honestly,the food from Asia,they are one of the most "Healthy",believe me,no wonder,there are so many "fat people" here in this country eating the same "american food" every day. This is in response to ute519. First of all, we love Chinese food because we are Chinese. Some people say that my father, our Master Chinese Chef, does have an accent. If you're talking about my recent videos created during the last week or so, then you're talking about me. I was born in the U.S. and don't speak much Chinese - so there you have it.
