From day to day, there are more and more strange phenomena in the village. Some very young girls have been raped and killed. Some girls become mentally ill and scared of men. Mov is a man who was suspected to cause all these issues. However, things are unexpected.... Due to the intelligence of the commune chief and the braveness of the raped girl who is one of the victims, the abuser is revealed and punished under law.
