Hey! I am also reading TEACHER MAN, by Frank McCourt, and I can tell you his pretenses are in no way fictional. Indeed, I am a teacher myself and I see what a good writer he is for his perfect translation of our routine in classroom. Thank you for posting a video regarding the book... I am crazy for Literature, too!
