An open reply to a lot of messages. People have been asking me to post up on my opinion of what's going on with WMG and youtube signing an agreement to allow Warner Music Group songs on youtube again.

Just a quick monologue, Halloween from my perspective.
No, it's not a "screamer", the audio is just low on purpose.
Now I know that someone will respond to this with one of a few ways. "It's not like that around here!" Well, limiting hours for trick or treating is almost the same as having a "safe" event at your school. "If you had kids you'd think differently." Well, been there done that, and I still think we're over-insulating our kids. Sanitizing things like cartoons and halloween doesn't make kids morally better. but that's another story / rant entirely.
Meanwhile, happy halloween folks. Hope yours is rewarding.

A quick vid as an update to the LAST video I put up. The WMG rant is back online, it was a troll filing false DMCA claims against me and my videos to either cause drama for his benefit. Whatever dude. first, and last, statement on this in my opinion. Plus a call for youtube to change their DMCA policy and procedures.
Anyhow, thank you all for your help and support in this one. Your help was VERY appreciated.

Note this can be done by anyone claiming ot be the copyright holder. Ghost accounts can be (and probably ARE being) set up to get information from people. Anyone can claim to be WMG, for example, and file DMCA's to get information! YOUTUBE does not even check!

Not quite the woodshed, but I'm providing a whoopin anyway.
One of my videos was pulled for "copyright complaint(s) regarding material you posted" The complaint was filed by a "Robert Quime Productions", and I can't find any information about who they are, ANYWHERE. And I'm not about to hand over my personal information to a total stranger, so I'm calling them out.
The video, "YouTube vs Warner Music Group (WMG) vs US, With new information", has NO infringing material in it. Everything in the video qualifies as "Fair Use". however, youtube seems happy to presume me guilty until I can prove myself as innocent. I've already e-mailed them at "copyright@youtube.com", but I'd REALLY like to actually talk to a human being at youtube about who filed this, and why. Both are pieces of information that they DO NOT supply when they sent threats to pull accounts.
Still looking for information about "Robert Quime Productions". If you know anything about Robert Quime Productions please let me know in the comments section. all information is appreciated.
