Hello, my name is Suzanne Kwong and I am excited to be on this blog.
I was born and raised in Vietnam and moved to America during the
communist occupancy. While in the US, I developed a strong interest in health
and sports. Today, sports are one of my greatest passions because I love being
out there. For example, I have completed five Ironmans which consist of thirteen
hours of hard work to complete, a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, and 26.2 mile
run all in one go. After man years of training, tears poured down as I passed
the finish line to complete my first Ironman.

My children were a great inspiration to me. They ran alongside me during the
last mile and crossing the finish line. From then on, it become important me to
never let go of your aspirations. If you put your heart and soul into your
endeavors, you can achieve anything. - My son said You are the living proof of
this belief.

In the beginning, I wanted to stay physically fit to be healthy mom for my
children. I started off as a casual jogger, and slowly worked my way up to half
marathons and marathons. Then, I began to bike and swim. And with each year, I
trained for more difficult races that truly test my dedications. Small
triathlons turned into half-Ironmans and eventually into an Ironman. Who would
have known that a simple desire to be healthy could turn into a completion of an
Ironman.

To help me to do an Ironman, I pay very close to my health. Its important to
maintain a balanced lifestyle, to provide the essential nutrients to achieve
your goals. Every day I regulate how much food I consume to ensure I have enough
energy for the next day. Additionally, I take a very powerful supplement.

Go to my blog, I will share my experiences struggling to become what I am
now. I want to share with you what it takes to achieve your goals. You should
never give up, because if you truly have a passion and dedication towards a
goal, you will succeed. I want you to succeed and be the best you can be.
