Picking Sage and Great Advice from an Elder

dumb question to other viewers - why hate on why someone is using sage? if it's cleansing to mind & body, who cares about the setting? if someone wants to use it to "cleanse space" as well as body before entering a sacred circle, then so be it. That is the healthy thing to do for anyone. Too many times rooms & people get churned up with negative energies & thoughts & emotions.... Sage smudging helps get rid of that crap. So be it.

So good to see someone who has came so far!! I know so many that I truly hope watch this & think of the possibilities for their own growth!! We all need this wisdom from elders such as Elder Wilfred!! This shows people a glimmer of light & the hope for development in our lives!! Remember that there is nothing wrong with crying!! As he says this is part of the healing process!! Crying & laughter!! We need both in our lives!! :)) Thank you Elder Wilfred!!

Don't buy sage!!!!!!!! U can use cedar leaves. They smell very nice. Alsolook up wormwood or mugwort. Here in California we call wormwood " ka chi nu" it's like a sage and I bet u can find it wild anywhere in north America Actually I know u can
