  • Any tumor which evokes a dense fibrosis can be called desmoplastic

  • Indians used to go on war patrols in single file, just like the way cells of lobular carcinoma infiltrate

  • my pathology profs use the term 'desmoplastic stroma reaction' all the time, and also in connection with the lobular carcinoma. how does this look like?

  • These are wonderful learning tools -- even for laywoman such as I -- I am combing internet trying to understand how I have positive superficial .1 margin after I chose mastectomy for stage 1, grade 1 tiny tumor. Maybe I will find answer in one of your videos.

  • Lobular carcinomas have the same survival as ductal tumors. Probably because of ER/PR density and responses to hormone ablation.
