I have a stone grill with no lid can i still do it and if i can how?

@WBRMIG I am not sure how this would work, but I assume it would. It is definitely worth a try. I would be careful to scrape as much salt off as you can before cooking. With a grill, the salt fals off while cooking, even if you don't get it scraped off before cooking.

@thewaffleshirt Since making this video, I have started using Kosher salt instead of rock salt. Kosher salt is cleaner - intended for consumption.
