  • at least put them in bigger cages so they can feel more free..

  • @Mangekyou971 Our enclosures range in size from 1200 sq ft to 3 acres, they may appear smaller in our videos, but we provide the best we can for our cats :)

Maybe you should include the word "previously" in that sentence.

  • it looks like such a good place for them! :)

  • @alexey621 Private breeders do not make a difference to the SSP (Species Survival Plan) they breed generic tigers that are not pure bred like big cats that are bred in accredited zoos. Private breeders just add to the problem of big cats being used as photo props in malls, living miserable lives in backyard enclosures or being killed for their body parts.

  • @BigCatRescue Yea banning ownership will make a big difference in the lives of wild cats. How? By makeing them go extinct! Responsible captive breeding is a way to make sure if a species does go extinct in the wild, they'll still be around in the world. In a perfect world their habitat wouldnt be destroyed, and they wouldn't be hunted and poached; but we dont live in a perfect world. This is why there should not only be captive breeding programs in zoos, but in private facilities.

  • @alexey621 It all adds to the trading and breeding of big cats in America and around the world. There will never be enough money or manpower to regulate, inspect and enforce when it comes to people owning big cats and other exotics. Banning the ownership of these animals is the only way to make a real difference to the lives of these animals, they deserve so much better than to spend their life in backyard cages.

  • My cat must be a caracal. She rolls and falls of things all the damned time.

  • @BigCatRescue I just want to convince them to live with me and not eat me

  • @BigCatRescue I don't really think any type of cat makes a good "pet". Getting a cat is like getting a gf, they're cute but they think they are the center of the universe and you can't tell them they're wrong.

Dog mentality: This guy feeds me and puts a roof over my head, he must be god!

  • @BigCatRescue not true. sure a lot of people shouldnt have wild cats as pets, but a lot of people shouldnt have dogs, or even kids for that matter. if someone has the money to provide a safe enclosure, good food and vet care, and a knowledge of the animal, why shouldnt they be able to own it? You cant just say NO ONE should own exotic animals. its not about banning ownership, its about RESPONSIBLE ownership
