    You have no idea what an EPROM is, do you?

    There are quite a few ways to probe this is legit, including the missing video lines (only emulators show those), the different text color and, most of all, this video's description.

  • One of these days, I want to see a large team of enthusiasts get together and write a real, new, commercial-level game for an older system. Maybe another Mega Man X for SNES or something. That would warm my heart.

    There are quite a few commercial level games for old systems; check Battle Kid: Fortress of Peril for the NES, for example.
