@Avesfox Anakin switched sides while Obi-Wan was away,he was gone a while,by the time Obi-Wan returned Anakin could no longer be swayed back. He did try to reason but figured out quickly he couldn't which is what was meant when he said "Only Sith deal in absolutes"

The best thing he coulda' done was push Anakin into the lava as a mercy kill,but Palpatine was on the way,and he could not win against Palpatine. Someone had to get Padme to a doctor anyway.

What I dont understand is why doesn't Obi-Wan rescue Anikan before he gets roasted? he could had tried to change Anikan back from the dark side.

in the end he ultimately let Anikan turn to Vader and whole worlds were destroyed because so...

am I missing something about the plot development here?

Am i the only one that gets annoyed when people think Anakin becomes Vader when he gets the suit. When in the movie he becomes Vader when Sidious makes him which is right after Windu dies.
