how much is thestudio unit? one bedroom? is it fully furnished?

Studio unit is sold out. It is not a furnished unit. It is just a finished unit which is painted with floor tiles and toilet and kitchen fixtures. Please let me have your email address so that I can send you more information.

Thank you for your inquiry. The building will start to construction on this coming April 2008. Completion thereof will be expected on the last quarter of year 2009. Renting is possible if only individual unit owner will agree to rent out.
