Here I am again working out at the age of 51 doing my Football Fitness Workout. In this Football Fitness 2009 video, I share with you some basic agility drills that I used to do when playing high school and college football. My basic agility drills include defensive backpedalling, side to side cone drills, running in traffic agility, side to side sprint explosion drill, and wide receiver position sprints.
