A vintage instructional film showing how to run an amateur boxing match at school. The film was made for the Schools Amateur Boxing Association (SABA), which is still running today. This film is brought to you by Warrior Boxing (warriorboxing.com)
Great.Takes me back to my school days and the bouts I had wearing gear just like those guys, always scared but very exited.Think date was50ies.Doe you have any more from this period?
Those boys looked pretty skilled. Very quick and scrappy! I'm guessing both these boys now would probably be in their mid- to late 80s IF they're still alive. Long retired from boxing I'm sure! You know, if they had a crystal ball back then and could see a modern day UFC bout, I wonder what they'd think of it.
what year is this film from?
