I honestly can't get over her loss. It's as if she was a personal friend. I didn't understand how people felt when Elvis and others died, but now I do. Her music is part of who I am.

@TheCamillejohnson68 I agree totally with you. I like Adele and think she's a wonderful artist but something that resonated in Amy and the incredible depth of sorrow and raw emotion in her music made Amy stand out. She was a genius...a lyrical genius too. You could never replace or replicate this talent. This girl was compared to great icons like Billy Holiday and many others....that speaks volume.
