@flynnsam the drums aren't tuned correctly and the sound running through the drums mics were done wrong. I to an extent agree Steve Gorman isn't Bonham...but he is one amazing drummer. If you have ever heard the double disc they did from the greek you'd understand little more. It's unreal how people just jump on the drummer lol. use more of your brain and your ears and you'll hear thse 2 things I mentioned before were bigger factors in why the drums do not sound right. yikes

Pairing Page with the Crows was a gooood thing. I wouldn't expect greatness if they were to go into the studio together to make original music (I wonder, have they done this?). But take a really tough, hard rockin outfit like the Black Crows, add Jimmy Page and a one of the most famous and distinctive catalogs of songs ever written and you've got something great to listen to.
