    I am a huge fan of Karl Böhm, he was a great conductor!!

    It is truly touching to hear the japanese enthusiasm!

  • @winrx I'm sorry you do still see it - take Alfred Brendel, another octogenerian, for example in his final few concerts. No it doesn't happen every night, but it didn't back in those days - it only happened here because they knew it was Bohm's last.
