Boss fight from Revenge of Shinobi. This is the 1st version of Revenge of Shinobi. The 2 versions released after this version had Batman edited to look like a Bat monster and a copyright note was added at the beginning of the game.

The fight against Spider-Man actually looks very creative and a pretty unshamed copyright infringement. The "Batman" character could pass as a parody.
