@gamesbok no I'm pretty sure it's still a jib but you can refer to it as a rolling jib or a furled jib

If it's furled on the stay it's a staysail, not a jib.

Some boats have the jib on a separate stay.

Jib stay??? how about forestay?
Also you need to make sure that you keep somepressure on the furling line when unfurling the Jib. If the wind takes hold of the sail before being completely unfurled, it will unrol the sail out of control, and may even break the drum...
Also having themain sail up on the dock is good when there is no wind, but probably a very bad example to show...
