Maybe if you had read my channel there is a tutorial that told you how to set up the closed captions that YouTube implemented
Instead of accusing me of being a liar, do you think all of the people that have viewed this video and others i have uploaded are screaming there is no captions or subtitles then?
try and think before you start accusing people, people that are trying to make videos more enjoyable for deaf and hard of hearing,
