A Fox just left my backyard, he tried to kill my cock but it couldnt, but it left him with bites all over his neck :( we afraaid hes not gonna survive, so we will wait for the fox to come back and have revenge >:(

@donnykaraoke I'm sorry your chickens got killed but tbh it was your own fault for not securing them properly. I had the same thing happen to one of my 3 ducks. But I saw her get taken, not one feather left and he just took her and never came back for the other two. I wasn't upset because it's just the food chain. If you cant keep chickens housed properly you shouldn't have them. You shouldn't get upset about nature. It's the way it is. Humans on the other hand...

my two chickens were eaten by a fox tonight. i got home at 6:45pm, it had been dark for about an hour, i went out with my torch and saw a big cat jump over the fence, oh no i thought that was no cat! so i looked at the ground there were feathers everywhere, one dead chicken, and the other was gone. Half hour later the dead one had been taken too. very sad stuff, especially when i saw an egg that been laid in the hutch :( r.i.p rosie and lilly
