Ten of the real thing ain't entertainment anymore. Painwise that's close to asking for a no-anaesthetics amputation of a finger, or five. Speaking as somebody who knows the tools, you know...

The risks are close to that level as well. So please, *please* at least do it right. With the right rattan, it's easy enough to break somebody's lower spine, or to sever a kidney. That as something that the best judicial caners sometimes do.
