@blaqsparrow I've done a 3 minute version now see video response.
The reason my videos are short is for techy reasons. For some reason though Bounce Metronome can play in real time easily, it takes ages to save the animation as a video, I think because it uses software rendering instead of the graphics card, takes about an hour for it to make a minute of video - could just record in real time but you get better quality if you save to a file like that. Anyway will be doing more longer videos

Try clapping along with each part in turn. You can also get some friends to try this with you, each of you choose a different rhythm to clap, clap in time with the metronome, then switch off the sound and see if you can keep going.
An expert polyrhythm musician can beat four distinct polyrhythms at once like this, e.g. one with each hand and one with each foot.
