(PS2) St. Francis Folly - Hephaestus Switch Shortcut

Note: I am NOT a speedrunner, so my videos are not perfect. I'm uploading these as a way of showing people the shortcuts and glitches that I have seen online and can prove whether or not they work on the PS2 version of Tomb Raider: Anniversary. They may work on other versions, they may not. I don't know, so please don't ask me about it.

Apologies about the video quality. I don't have a means of recording my console gaming except for taping off of the television with the digital camera.

This may look easy, but it comes with an annoying success rate. I honestly can't tell you how to do this any more precisely except that you should dive at the absolute LAST second. It takes a lot of health, so be sure to have more than half left. Good luck.
