when you become a stranger again
how closed your eyes will be
narrowing me to three short feet
across a room of drunken revelry

you're having the time of my life
and I love you much too late
there are things i'd like to say
so many things I'd like to change

when you say my name to me
like some amusing piece of food between your teeth
then I will know that its completely over
wont you say my name to me to me

you're having the time of my life
and I think you got it right
it's an envy making green
since your eyes only see me

if I had another last chance
and we met again for the first time

I would listen to your heart
I would start back at the start
there are things I'd like to say
somany things I'd like to change

  • @dtenorio89 QUICK BURN DOWN THEIR HOMES!

  • @somethingaboutbmays Most modern music is based on the octave and what's his point? That it's a rip off because it's a different instrument playing a different time signature that just happens to be in the same key? It's one riff repeated a couple of times. Listen to them both and his point is lost.

  • @TheBrocheese Actually, there's 5 notes. And he makes a valid point. And yes, there's such a thing as plagiarism.

  • @dtenorio89 There's only 8 notes, bro. I think music is an ever evolving segment of culture. Culture builds on culture. I don't think there's such a thing as theft.

  • I like this song but the intro, is an obvious pink floyd ripoff shine on you crazy diamond

  • Brilliant.
