I own a ZZR1400 / ZX-14R. I think it is totally unsuitable for a beginner. It's a heavy bike with insane amounts of torque, and while the traction control will help to manage the power delivery, I think the likelihood of you totalling it and yourself is much higher than on a more modestly powered bike. This is like asking if a Lamborghini Gaillardo is a suitable car for a beginner driver. In the interests of yours and other road user's safety, I'd strongly encourage you to moderate your ambition
Will this be good for the beginner like me who haven't ride any bike, but on the way to get my license. I really like the design and the power will bring. Btw I'm only 6/5 tall. My friend got a busa for his 1st bike and he was doing ok. But I need you guys expertise.
Love my two '09 ZX-14s for their superb handling (after swapping the stock tires for Dunlop Sportmax), comfort on long rides, and of course mind numbing acceleration. Can't imagine anything better than those two land rockets but I am so getting this 2012 edition.
Ok, I'm a big busa fan and am waiting for the gen 3 busa, but this is really pulling my hart strings and tempting me away from the power and handling that my 2 busas give.
This could be the new contender for the top spot of power and stance that the busa has.
Ding ding!!!!! Round one.........
Let's see what Suzuki pull out the bag for there contender of this heavy weight bout.
But I love this so far. Need to test ride now to see if the looks and spec's can stand up to the great video a

@goodnfit1 How many dollars does it cost there in USA?

Does the ZZR have ABS braking and a centerstand? The U.S. version, ZX-14R, doesn't. If true, why is that?
