2cnd Seattle Punk Report from the News 1981/82?

I video-taped this off of TV 25-30 years ago and though the video quality is a little rough, there is plenty to see including Napalm Beach, Mike Refuzor, Ward Refuzor, Veronica Will. Does anyone know anything about this gig ? Looks like Stan in the crowd. Napalm Beach at the Golden Crown performing "so they are" with Chris Newman vox/guitar, Sam Henry:DRums, Mark Nelson- Guitar, Terry Gwartney: Bass.
