Somebody was paying that ref. Had to be. If anything the other guy should've been called...even tho nobody did anything. Horrible horrible stuff. This just proves that the SEC is all about the money and Its bull-shit. College ball used to be where I went to escape this kind of shit in the NFL. Now i'm stuck watching the midget league play in my neighborhood.

Explain to me why this is the ref's fault? That they lost I mean, yes it is a horrible fucking call, but Arkansas still could've stopped Florida on the next series of plays couldn't they? Shouldn't the defense have gotten pissed off enough or grown some balls and manned up to the call? It's bullshit that fans blame refs for losing games, it should only matter if it single handedly affects the outcome of a game, this call did not.

this is a bad call, surely, but the worst ever? c'mon, don't be ridiculous. first of all, it's college sports so it's like a bad call in Triple A. but more importantly, there have been so many more bad calls.

This is what the official said after the game:

"Where I made the mistake is I didn't see the whole thing. I didn't see how it developed. I saw out of the corner of my eye what I thought was a foul. I can't think something is a foul. I got to know it is. And that was my mistake. And I know better than that. What makes me mad at myself is that I know better than to call something if I didn't see the whole thing. And I've been sick about it ever since, quite frankly."

Oh please guys...it had nothing to do with the gesture...watch how quickly the flag flies out after the gesture...there's no way the official could have thrown it that fast. The flag was for the hit, which was complete bullshit.
