Meteor was and remains a favorite movie of mine. Besises the great cast it had a great score by Laurence Rosenthal. And there are some well done SPX sequences.

Well paced and directed movie!

And may the cast, many who have died, REST In Peace!

@tobit100 thanks ever so much for watching...and commenting on my video! this video was part of a challenge set forth by a group I am involved with. I would normally not have done this...but glad that people watch it nonetheless. the cast in this movie were SUPERB! I remember seeing this movie at the theater....( to be honest...because I am a huge Martin Landau fan!)...and was blown away with this movie! You're right.,the score and actors were the best! the effects at the time were great!

Thanks for posting this! Meteor was really quite good as a movie, and a real all-star cast. For those who may have seen the entire movie, I want to mention that the much of the dialogue of Natalie Wood and all of Brian Keith's was in Russian. And they weren't faking it. Keith was very fluent in Russian, as was Wood. Highly unusual skills for a Hollywood actor! Some have dissed the fx, but don't knock it. They were quite good and VERY difficult to do with techniques in the 70's.
