With 'Dawn', 'Dusk' is usually presented as a dual-channel color video and an accompanying photographs series, a conceptual, emotional and formal investigation at the same time, 'Dusk & Dawn' reveal intimate interiors from the beginning of the 20th century where drama seems to hang in the air. The dark universe surrounding an African-American family in 'Dusk' contrasts in sync with the indisputably white space of 'Dawn'.

For festivals use, 'Dusk & Dawn' is screened separately, in consecutive order, first 'Dusk', followed by 'Dawn' (6' each).
