This video is number 6 and final video of a six part series on how to properly tune up a Yaesu FT 101ee to an antenna. I hope this will help members of the ham radio community have an understanding of these good old transceivers. These radios use the old XL RCA color television technology with plug-in modules. These modules were constructed mostly of transistors and a few IC circuitry. This is one of the things which makes this transceiver stand out of the crowd over the years. The hybrid construction of both transistor low level RF and vacuum final RF output is another fact this transceiver has stood out over the period of time. The output circuitry in the final RF stages is mostly the problems with these rigs. I hope you will enjoy watching these videos and learning more about these timeless jewels of the ham radio community.

Thanks
