The Four-Leaf Clover is one of the 5 famous loots exclusive to the 'Royal Mandragora Family'. It is the only loot not exclusive to 5 members of the royal Mandragora family but despite this fact, it is still very rare. The more commonly hunted Mandragora Prince offers it as a 4% Monograph Drop and a 5% Poach Rate whereas the very weak Rare Game 'Ripe Rampager' will give up the item as 5% Poach.

This is THE hardest loot out of the 5 Mandragoras to max out on being 1% behind Jack-o'-Lanterns and having a maxed out drop percentage of 4%. I'm pretty sure (correct me if I'm wrong) that this is the lowest maxed out drop percentage of any loot in the whole of Ivalice along with Ketu Boards which makes this item one that is not easy to obtain.

The Mandragora Prince knows Cura and Esuna possibly suggesting that it is the White Mage of the team though personally I think the Onion Queen serves as a better mage for the team, it even knows Curaga. This Mandragora can be killed with ease, nothing special to be noted down only that Indigo Pendants can be stolen as a bonus with a 3/6% Steal Chance.

*This video is evidence to prove I have completed my Mandragora Hunt and have collected all bonuses and side bonuses available for grabs. Also as a side note Basch has achieved Maximum EXP and Vaan has been switched back into the team*

  • Well, anyway, what will the next video be about?

Oh, by the way, you sir, are crazy. I don't know how anyone could have the patience to do what you are doing. Same goes for flak76e.

  • Only time wields the answer.

  • So how do you chain the Madragoras anyway?

  • Same way as any other foe, just make sure that when zoning, you don't leave the Feywood. You therefore need to zone between Redolent Glade (area where you fought Rafflesia) and the Ice Field of Clearsight so that the Mandragoras will respawn once you return.
