  • The coconut oil is quite solid and is very waxy, so you couldn't really add it to a protein shake. The best thing to do is just have a spoonful of it 'as is'. If you don't like the taste you could always follow it with a protein shake chaser ;)

  • I really hate the sensation of a spoonful of molten coconut oil in my mouth. It makes me gag :( I know how good it is but the whole experience is off-putting for me.

  • I put a spoonful of coconut oil in my coffee twice a day.

  • @30plusmensfitness I use it in smoothies all the time. Its usually slightly melted so it blends well.

  • People put it in milkshakes and stuff all the time. It melts in your hands so just heat the jar up in warm water and and put it in your protein shake!

  • can i put the coconut oil in a protein shake??? if so how much? a teaspoon or table spoon?
