Personally I like to think of this song representing metro areas with over 5,000,000 people, there are currently 54 in the world.

You're in Tokyo, Mexico City, New York City, etc. Also when you're in a Super Bowl stadium.

tried so hard to get a megalopolis after reading about it in Nintendo power at the library (before internet came to my town).... never could get there

@CAHorne15 I never knew there even was a Megalopolis stage until recently. My mom used to play Sim City all the time when I was a kid, and I don't remember her ever getting a megalopolis.
