Its not the speed here, its the trickery and change of pace that does it. There is no substitue for pace, but if you can turn them inside out you don't have to be the quickest.

Ryder should think about playing 9 or 10 in XVs, the size, speed etc of current Fijian XVs wingers will make it hard for him.
