Not exactly. There is a difference between state education and this video. In the case of state education, the learning is forced. "If you don't learn X, you will fail and have to repeat the learning again." There is huge lack of curiosity due to the regimented style of teaching. In the case of this video, learning is an option. If the student chooses to learn, they click on the video. In fact, this video was made because the students asked for it. It was not forced upon them to learn it.
