On imvu you design your own avatar theres like thousends of hair styles, Tops, bottems, eyes, heads, Rooms, jewelry, & accessories to choose from.. then after yourve done that you can chat to other avatrs in 3D go swimming or horse rideing with them (ECT)... & yes you do have to download it but it's totally free and alot Of FUN check the site out for your self as i can't explain every thing you can do on it theres so Much more hehe =) Xx
