  • One leg exercises are great.. I can compare it a bit with training with free weights vs maschines.

    Using free weights you stimulate more muscle groups...

    Doing the free weights on one leg is even harder when you need to battle against balance.. so you will stimulate those muscle groups even better.

    It may look stupid, but I don't mind looking stupid during my exercises and awesome during the rest of the day;)

  • Even though I admire your dedications, could you please make a vid showing you lifting actual weights? Like bench press, biceps curls, etc

  • @fit2fat2fit What about when you get back to lifting serious weights though, eg doing a 70kg OHP, are you going to try and do that on one leg still?
