I moved from Georgia to Texas and can't find good peas here !! I'm in the Waco area. Can't wait to go home for a visit and eat good !

O.K. the million dollor question? I pre cooked my purple hull peas then put them in the jars then water sealed them, did I do this corectly?

@tv444me ... Water sealed? Do you mean a water bath canner? No need to precook em and they should be put up in a pressure canner to be safe......Donald
