Macbeth 1 of 4 1983 Scales Elementary, Brentwood, Tn.

In 1983, Mrs. Depp wanted her 4th grade class to tackle Shakespeare, so we were given a few options. I remember that we decided there was too much kissing in a Midsummer Night's Dream, so we opted for the witches and treachery of Macbeth. I landed the title role (the biggest of my career LOL!), but there was so much to memorize that I had to share the lead with a classmate./n/n

There are a lot of great memories here, but be forewarned: This is a video that only a parent or a participant could love. It is from a 4th generation VHS that is almost 30 years old. The quality is awful, so I tried to punch it up a little here and there... but it's still a little excruciating to sit through.
