  • IS it okay to serve this to children ? What i mean is even though the batter does contain beer , would it like cook off during the frying process?

  • And here i thought beer and onion rings were and american food...

  • even if you don't drink beer you should still use it, all the ingrediants come out and give it real flavour, there is no taste of beer what so ever. a tip also is to cover the onions with flour right before you dip them in the batter, this help the batter to stick, given you a nice even coating
