@animeotaku234 I am thinking also (also going with Exeda 1987) that the cast/producers where wanting to have some honest fun from the Hannah-Barbera Scooby Doo cartoon series. Look for the video 'Dr Who:Scooby-Doo style'. I am still laughing about that scene.
